At Zoomcar host, we are onboarding the cars that meet the below-mentioned eligibility criteria:
- Car should be registered between 2015 and 2021
- The car has run less than 70,000 km
- The car is not in the exception list
You can list the car as long as you wish. The minimum listing duration is 24 hrs and the maximum is 6 months.
Once you have filled the form, it generally takes 5-7 days to set up your car for sharing on the platform.
The servicing and maintenance of the car would have to be handled by the car owner.
Yes, Zoomcar Host is a purely no strings attached program and you can stop the listing with prior notice of 72 hours by contacting us on the App.
Currently, such an option is not available. The car needs to be shared from the car owner’s location
· You can share your car by creating a listing with just one click using your Zoomcar Host app.
· Listing refers to the time period during which you make the car available on the Zoomcar platform. Each listing has a defined start date and time, end date and time and choice of the designated parking location.
· When you create a listing, Zoomcar makes the car available to Zoomcar renter customers for booking during the listed period.
· One listing can have multiple bookings.
List your car for long periods, the longer you list the higher you earn.
· You can view booking details of upcoming, live and completed bookings on the Zoomcar Host App under your listing. Booking details will have information about booking start date, start time, end date, end time and revenue earned. Details of the revenue will be shared after the end of the booking.
· We will also inform you about the booking through in-app notifications a few hours before the booking start time.
· The car will be parked at your own parking location. This ensures seamless use of the car for personal use as well as listing on the Zoomcar platform.
· You have the option of specifying up to two designated parking locations where customers can find and access the car.
· When you create a listing, Zoomcar makes the car available to Zoomcar renter customers for booking. To provide the best class car renting experience ensure that your car is "Ready" for bookings. Remember, the better the state of the car while listing, the higher the experience for the renter which will mean that your car will get even more bookings with better quality renters in the future. This will maximize your earnings and keep the car in great condition for your own use.
· A car is deemed "Ready" when
1. it is parked at the designated parking location,
2. has the key and original car documents in the glove box,
3. all the personal belongings have been removed,
4. is in good drivable condition,
5. has jack, tools and stepney,
6. is clean and
7. has at least 80% fuel level.
You can get multiple bookings for a single sharing period. After a booking is complete, you can fill the booking-end checklist on the Zoomcar Host App. This ensures all the information regarding the car, trip, and customer experience is captured so that we can serve you and our customers better.
It can happen due to delay in Worry not, since your car is on shared you will be eligible for revenue every hour until the end of the same.
Zoomcar will compensate you for any challans raised during bookings. However, you will be responsible for paying for any challans raised while the car is with you.
In event of any accident caused by Zoomcar customer, Zoomcar will take care of the of repair for the major damages. Any minor damage/scratches should be taken care of by the hosts.
You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the car at the start of listing the car on the Zoomcar Host app. Once the car serves a booking, the host is responsible for ensuring the car is in clean and sanitized condition for the next customer booking.
You can keep the spare key of the car. In case of unlock issues via a keyless entry system, Zoomcar may reach out to you.
In an event where the car has been damaged during a booking, Zoomcar will get it repaired at its pre-designated garage partners
No, to ensure renter privacy you won't have GPS visibility, however, Zoomcar will be monitoring the same at their end.
Zoomcar promises Fixed Earnings for the number of hours you list your car.
Hourly
Classifications as follows:
- Hatchback: 7,000 IDR to 9,000 IDR per hour
- Sedan: 8,000 IDR to 11,000 IDR per hour
- Compact SUV: 11,000 IDR to 13,000 IDR per hour
- SUV: 11,000 IDR to 13,000 IDR per hour
· You would get paid via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
· Your invoice for the week (Monday-Sunday) will be generated by Tuesday EOD of every week.
· Payout will be deposited into your account latest by Thursday of every week.
Zoomcar offers 2,000,000 IDR signup bonus, payable in 3 equal installments during the first 3 months. Sign-up bonus will be added to your earnings. 3 installments of 660,000 IDR payable in 3 months from the date the car went live in the Zoomcar system.
T&C
- Payout will be provided in the weekly invoices
- There would be 3 installments for the Signup bonus.
- 1st installment will be payable with the monthly invoice of the first month.
- 2nd month onwards, Payout of signup bonus would be done if the car is listed at least for 48 hours in the month.
-Zoomcar will not be liable to pay the remaining signup bonus if the amigo terminates before the end of 3 months.
-Zoomcar will not be liable to pay a sign-up bonus in case of an host listed car when the car documents are expired.
Zoomcar offers a Referral bonus of 2,000,000 IDR to the referee and 1,500,000 IDR to the referrer for each successful referral. Do check your referral code on our website and start referring and earning together!
Referral bonus will be transferred as per below schedule

- Apply Referral code at the time of registering for the program
· Users will become eligible only after successful enrolment of their car on the Zoomcar platform
· Referrer & referee will be eligible to get a referral bonus for every successful enrolment
· The referral bonuses will be disbursed in 2 equal installments
· If referrer is an existing host, referrer will receive payment along with earning payout.
- The referee will get the receive the bonus amount along with earning payout
· The car should not be registered in the name of the referrer
· Credit amount will be based on current live referral policy
· To avail referral benefit referee needs to complete at least 1 successful listing per month
We wish that you never have to go through this! However, in an unfortunate event, of any damage/accident/TP loss/legal cases etc., while the car is on trip, Zoomcar will cover the cost/consequences of the same if the cause of the accident is not found to be any maintenance issue in the car.
Worry not we have you covered here. If the vehicle is damaged during a booking by a customer and/or Zoomcar fleet. We will have the damage repaired.
We will have the damage fixed at one of Zoomcar’s trusted service centers. Please note should there be a requirement to change the damaged part we will have it replaced with only the original spare part from. The spare part will be sourced from Authorized dealers.
Please note we will have the damages fixed at Zoomcar’s trusted service center, however, should you wish to have your vehicle damaged repaired from the authorized service center and/or you wish to do it from your end, we will reimburse the damage charges decided by our experts.
Worry not we have this covered. Should there be minor damages to the car caused by our customer during a booking we will have the same repaired from Zoomcar's trusted service center within 30 days of reporting the issue.
Your vehicle must follow all laws and regulations for safety, condition, and operation. You should get a vehicle mechanical and safety inspection at least once a year. An inspection will include a check of your car’s most critical safety items, including brakes, steering parts, tires, and lights.

You can create, reschedule or cancel a listing anytime through the Zoomcar Host app,
· Listings can be rescheduled or canceled at no additional cost, provided you give prior notice of at least 72 hours. In case the listings are rescheduled or canceled beyond this time, there might be already allocated bookings on your listing which would get affected, as a result of which reschedule/cancellation charges would be applicable. Information on the same would be visible while rescheduling the listing, to help you make the decision. For details, refer to the terms and conditions section.
· When you create a listing, Zoomcar makes the car available to Zoomcar renter customers for booking. To provide best in class car renting experience ensure that your car is "Ready" for bookings. As part of the car deemed ready, please remove all your personal belongings from the car.
· Zoomcar does not take any responsibility for personal belongings left by the user in the car
In case your car is caught by the police under any circumstance-Zoomcar relationship manager and on ground team will assist you at every step in getting the car released.
· In case a third party is injured by a renter while driving your car, Zoomcar will post an internal inspection if approved will cover for TP loss. For details please refer to terms and condition agreement.
· In case your car is stolen, Zoomcar relationship manager and on ground team will assist you in completing all legal formalities and insurance/Zoomcar post internal investigation will compensate as per predetermined car value from the insurance.
· In case your car is damaged while it’s not on booking, Zoomcar will not be responsible for getting it repaired.
· In case of any disputes arising related to damages, the checklist images taken by Zoomcar executive would be considered final.
· Zoomcar will charge a penalty of 500,000 IDR (in the form of late handover charges) if the car owner delays handing over the car to the customer.
· Amigo shall be charged an amount between 0 to a maximum of 500,000 IDR based on the customers bookings impacted by such cancellation or rescheduling.
Host will be responsible for filling the Car ready checklist before the start of every listing. Listing start checklist needs to be filled within the 12 hours window, which starts 12 hours prior to the listing start time, and ends at the listing start time. If the Host fails to fill the checklist, the listing stands cancelled with applicable charges levied, and the hosts will have to create another listing.
